As I come to the end of the facilitated part of my qualification with In Good Company, I am really excited to take this next step and launch my website and business.
As a coach, I am always helping people push outside of their comfort zones to try new things, so I think it’s important that I lead by example and do the same! Launching this website and putting myself out there in the world is most definitely doing that and I really appreciate all the support I’ve received already in my new venture.
As the summer is coming to an end and the evenings are drawing in earlier each day, sun rise is becoming later too. I’ve been making the most of it, getting out for walks to watch the sun rise over the sea before the day has really started. Sunrise feels like the perfect metaphor for where I am on my coaching journey: new beginnings, fresh starts, hope, and joy.
