become a coach

If you are interested in training to be a coach yourself, I highly recommend training with In Good Company. I thoroughly enjoyed my Level 7 course; there was a nice balance of theory and practice. I got to know the rest of my cohort really well and we continue to support each other as we continue our coaching journeys beyond the course. Jo and Zoe are both really friendly and supportive facilitators. There are different levels of training available to suit all needs and budgets, and Jo and Zoe will be happy to talk through which option is right for you.

The ILM Level 3 Certificate in Coaching is self guided, so you can learn at your own pace to get all the basics to start bringing coaching skills to your conversations.

The ILM Level 5 Diploma in Effective Coaching and Mentoring is more comprehensive for people who would like to start their own coaching business. It is a blended learning course, with learning at your own pace alongside live sessions. For this diploma you will also need to undertake 54 hours of coaching practice.

The ILM Level 7 Accredited Diploma in Senior and Executive Coaching and Mentoring goes into greater depth and runs for longer than the level 5 course. It is a blended learning course, with learning at your own pace alongside live sessions. For this diploma you will also need to undertake 72 hours of coaching practice.

Full disclosure: if you click on one of these links and go on to sign up to one of the courses, I will get paid a commission for referring you.
